The Shire Foundation is a primary provider of Initial Teacher Training based in Luton with over 28 years of experience. Shire operates as a primary hub within Chiltern Training Group.

Training is offered across the 3-11 age range, with trainees choosing 2 consecutive age phases to train within. The choices on offer are: 3-7 (EYFS and KS1) and 5-11 (KS1 and KS2).
